Privacy Policy

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version (Datenschutzerklärung) prevails.

Summary

• This website itself does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or analytics tools.
• The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. Fonts and images are stored on this server. No third party content is loaded before you give your consent.
• We only load videos from YouTube with your consent, either via the privacy settings or by clicking “Load video”.
• We store your choice only locally in your browser (localStorage). You can change or withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• The inquiry form does not send any data to our server. It prepares an email in your own email program.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The provider is ALL-INKL.COM Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. According to the provider, the ALL-INKL.COM data centres are located in Dresden. The data of this website is therefore stored exclusively on servers in Germany.

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records data transmitted by your browser and stores it in log files. This includes:

• the IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of access,
• the page or file accessed,
• the access status, for example success or error,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the page from which you reached our website (referrer),
• information about your browser and operating system.

This data is not combined with other data sources and is not analysed for marketing purposes. It is used to deliver the website, ensure stable operation and detect and fend off attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and error free provision of our website. The log files are only stored for as long as is necessary for these purposes and are then deleted.

Data processing agreement: We have concluded a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) with ALL-INKL.COM in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. In it, the provider undertakes to process the data only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Our emails are also processed by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany.

3. Encrypted connection

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect transmitted data from access by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

4. Cookies, consent and local storage

We ourselves do not use any cookies or tracking or analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel or similar).

On your first visit, a notice asks whether external media (videos from YouTube) may be loaded. You can choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or decide individually under “Settings”. We store your choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key posomat_consent (content: version, your choice per category, timestamp). This information is not transmitted to us. We ask again after 12 months. The legal basis for this storage is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary to respect your decision); insofar as personal data is concerned, Art. 6 (1) (c) in conjunction with Art. 7 (1) GDPR (proof of consent).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page or by deleting the website data in your browser. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

5. Videos from YouTube (external media)

On this website we embed videos from our YouTube channel. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Until you give your consent, we only show a preview image stored locally on our server; there is then no connection to YouTube or Google.

Only when you consent to the category “External media (YouTube)” or click “Load video” on an individual video is the video loaded in privacy enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com At a minimum, your IP address, browser information and the page visited are transmitted to Google. When playing, YouTube may store cookies or similar technologies on your device and transmit data to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Even in privacy enhanced mode, YouTube may store information on your device after the video starts (e.g. in localStorage). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG).

6. Inquiry form and contact by email

When you submit the inquiry form, your email program opens with a prepared message to hello@posomat.com. We only receive your details (name, company, email, optional phone, product selection, message) once you send this email yourself. The same applies if you contact us directly by email or phone. We use the data to process your inquiry, prepare a quote and handle follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Providing your data is voluntary. However, without name, email and message we cannot process your inquiry.

If a contract is concluded, we retain business correspondence and quotes in accordance with the retention periods under German commercial and tax law (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO; up to 6 or 8 years). We delete inquiries that do not lead to a contract no later than 12 months after the communication has ended.

To protect against spam, we only use local measures: an invisible honeypot field, a minimum time before submission and a limit on the number of inquiries. For this, your browser stores the times of your most recent inquiries locally (localStorage, key posomat_anfragen, relevant for 10 minutes). This data is not transmitted to us. The legal basis for this local storage is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, as it is strictly necessary for sending the inquiry you requested; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protection against misuse). No reCAPTCHA or similar service is used.

7. Links to social networks and other websites

We link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. These are simple links without plugins. Data is only transmitted when you click a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent given (Art. 7 (3)). An informal message to hello@posomat.com is sufficient.

9. Automated decision making and data protection officer

Automated decision making including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR) does not take place.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as we are not legally obliged to do so.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
